MY ORAL PRESENTATION

My Oral Presentation, TWILIGHT.

Twilight, in general, is about love, feelings and emotions.

“I’ve never thought about my dead, but die next to someone who you love, it’s a good way to die.”

At the beginning of the movie, Bella say that.

Bella moves to Forks with her father because her mother is always travelling with her boyfriend, who is a national baseball player. In Forks, she goes to a new high school, where she meets girls and boys like Jess or Eric. When she was in the school’s dinning room with them, she saw Cullens, a very strange family because their parents are young, they're brothers and sisters and a couple.

The brothers and sisters are:

Rosalie: she should be the most beautiful person in the world. She’s married with Emmet.

Emmet: he is big and strong. She is married with Rosalie because they have a strong connection together.

Jasper: he is tall and blond. He’s a bit shy. He’s married with Alice.

Alice: she is short. She’s very friendly and extroverted.

And Edward: he is very beautiful and he's in love with Bella.

Well, when Bella was in the school’s dinning room with them, she saw the Cullens and, when she saw Edward, her friends said “ Wow! He’s really beautiful, you know? But don’t lose your time, Bella! He’s impossible “ and Bella said “OK”. But she’s just really in love.

Little by little of their friendship, Bella saw strange things in Edward: he is undead, he has speed, he has streght, he has cold-skinner, he is immortal and he drink blood. Finally she discover his big secret, he is a vampire!

That thing isn’t important for Bella but, What will Edward do? Will they be able to be united? Maybe.. If you don’t know it, watch the film or read the book ;)!

Mariona: Mariona Trias.
Woman: Mariona Trias. OK, Mariona, we'll see you on Saturday the 5th at three o'clock.

TERRIBLE ACCIDENT ON THE SNOW

This was the dramatic accident yesterday at the highest mountain of Himalaya. Eight climbers died at six o'clock when they tried to arrive at the top of the mountain. They were knocked down by and avalanche and most of them died. Two climbers survived at the dramatic fact.

The accident began when they started walking along the hillside of the mountain when the avalanche knocked them down. Fortunately, two people survived when the avalanche finished, but eight climbers died. The tho people were very excited when they saw that they were the only survivors. Then, they started to run to the village nearby.

While they were running, they saw another village that they didn't know. When they arrived there, they called the rescue services and they explained the accident to them.

When the rescue services arrived, they went to the place where the accident happened and they started to dig the snow. They didn't find the bodies. The two survivors explained to the TV: "It was the most frightening experience of our lives".

Mariona: Hi, Clàudia. I'm training for a charity event. I'm going to run two miles on Saturday. Why don't you try it?
Clàudia: No, I'm not into running. But I like the idea of helping a charity. What else could I do?
Mariona: How about dancing? Or swimming?
Clàudia: I'm allergic to exercise. I'm not fit enough.
Mariona: Well, you could always try parachuting.
Clàudia: You're joking! I'm scared of heights.
Mariona: Clàudia, why don't you just sponsor me and I'll do the hard work.
Clàudia: OK. It's a deal!

Just one year after declaring that she had "never done a diva-ish thing" in her life, Mariah Carey and her husband were seen arriving at London's Heathrow airport with no less than 23 suitcases. The pop star then insisted that a 100,000 pounds private jet fly her to Monte Carlo for a 15-minute appearance at the World Music Awards show, and that she stay in a 10,000 pounds per night penthouse suite at the exclusive Hotel de Paris.

MARLEY & ME

Marley & Me is a film about a dog. It is, as they say, based on a true story: Marley really existed and his owner, John Grogan (played by Owen Wilson), wrote a book about him. Marley, he claimed, was "the worst dog in the world". This is difficult to believe on the basis of the evidence in Marley & Me, in which the dog is disobedient, destroys furniture and is scared of thunder... all of which seems like perfectly normal behaviour for a dog. Certainly, it is not so bizarre that it justifies making a film about the creature - especially a film that lasts two and a galf hours, which is about half an hour longer than Casablanca. Take my advice and waht Casablanca - it has the Second World War, a beautiful story, and some of the greatest dialogue ever. True, it dos not have a canine in a major role, but you will still have 30 minutes left in which to go to the park and watch some dogs.

Mariona: Hi, Clàudia. I haven't seen you for ages. Where have you been?
Clàudia: I've been away. We were in Los Ángeles for a month.
Mariona: Really? What were you doing there?
Clàudia: I was visiting relatives. My grandparents lives there.
Mariona: Cool. What was it like?
Clàudia: Hot! But it was brilliant though. What about you? How have you been?
Mariona: Not bad. We went to Madrid in the summer - not quite as exotic as India.
Clàudia: Great. Anyway, I'd better go. I'm in a hurry.
Mariona: OK. good to see you around again.

SMITH for president

Will Smith has staked his claim to play Barack Obama if a film about the president is ever made. He says that he is perfect for the role because he and Obama are both tall and, most importantly, have big ears. "That's the key", Smith says. "America loves ears, you know? Mickey Mouse started it; Goofy and Dumbo followed behind. And America just loves the ears. "Smith also said that he would wait until Obama "writes the end of the story" before playing the role.
